The dashboard displays useful realtime information that can be configured on the fly and it gives you a fast way to see what is going on in your applications at any given time. Some of the features are:

Favourites - you can select up to four reports to display real time information by day, week or month.

Sessions - you can see all the current sessions broken down by projects and channels

Find - you can find a session based on various filters

Camlin Studio

The online studio  is used as a single access point to design, develop, configure, verify, deploy and operationally manage CamlinConnect applications and bots, it provides the core application development capabilities within CamlinConnect. Through the drag and drop design studio, the user are provided is provided the ability to create Voice and Visual conversational applications and services including.

Conversational applications provides a 2 way communication (a sequence of questions and answers) between humans and systems or system to system.  This enables the user to provide an extensive range of interactions that include but are not limited to:

  • Voice-IVR apps 

  • Visual-IVR apps

  • Text apps including SMS-Messaging, Smart-Speaker, Chatbot.

  • Visual-API. (For ssystem to system integation. This faciliates integration with existing systems such as iOS and Android Apps, Website, RPA-engines etc.

Advanced Voice and Visual conversations can be created using Artificial Intelligence and Natural-Language-Understanding (NLU) technologies.

Assembling the above capabilities together also enables advanced multi-modal and omni-channel customer experiences to be created.

Additionally, the Studio service provides integration into CamlinConnect range of value added services, which are outlined below to provide more engaging and feature-rich application capabilities.

Camlin VCommerce/Payments

The Camlin VCommerce/Payments service provides the user additional capabilities to enhance Camlin Studio developed apps with integrated PCI/DSS 3.2 compliant payment capabilities. The user is provided with a number of options to simplify the delivery of applications and services that accept multiple payment instruments. These include credit-card, debit-card and PayPal. 

The VCommerce service provide secure integration to industry standard payment gateways including PayPal, Braintree, Stripe and IP-Payments via a number of methods ranging from:

  • An Voice-IVR service that provides a 'number in the cloud'. i.e call a predefined number and be prompted to enter payment details.

  • A Visual-IVR interface available on Mobile or Desktop that will prompt user to enter payment details.

  • An Agent-Assisted interface that will allow a staff member to guide a customer through capturing payment details.

All payment transaction details (excluding personally identifiable or credit-card information) will be captured and recorded for reconciliation purposes.

Camlin Video

The Camlin Video service provides users with access to modern video processing capabilities that incorporate API driven and highly secure video conversations and conferences.  Incorporating face and voice biometrics and analysis, speech translation/transcription in real-time and sentiment/AI analysis. This service is suitable for solutions like prison calling systems and  government level secure solutions.

  • Hosted Video service much like Zoom but doesn't need a plugin and uses highly secure SIP / WebRTC in browser .

  • Incorporates technology like face and voice biometrics, AI and Machine Learning (IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, Mozilla DeepSpeech).

  • Speech processing capabilities with integrated as Translation and Multilingual support.

  • Recordings and analysis

  • Management Consoles for complete control via an administrator

  • Advanced user access roles and permissions

  • Pre-integrations with prison calling systems

Camlin Voice

The Camlin Voice service provides users with access to modern speech processing capabilities including AI and Natural Language Understanding,  Speech Translation, Sentiment Analysis. This service is suitable for user who require advanced and more accurate speech processing capabilities. Scenarios

  • Hosted Voice service much like an IVR.

  • An modern alternative to IVR voice service that utilising technology such as AI and Machine Learning (IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, Mozilla DeepSpeech)

  • Speech processing capabilities with integrated as Translation and Multilingual support.

Camlin VoiceID/Biometrics

The Camlin VoiceID/Biometrics service enables users to enrich the Camlin Studio omni-channel applications with integrated Voice Biometric security capabilities. Available through Voice and Visual and API means, CamlinVoiceID facilitates both Active and Passive Voice Biometric enrolment and verification interactions.

  • In Active mode, a customer will be prompted and guided step by step through an enrolment and verification processes. (E.g. speak a phrase multiple times to register a voiceprint)

  • In Passive mode, CamlinVoiceID can listen in to a call to user speaking and enrol and verify a customer's voiceprint.

CamlinVoiceID is integrated with leading mainstream voice biometric engines including Microsoft and Armorvox and extendable to other / existing Voice Biometrc engines.
