Getting Started
This online guide will provide information for both the novice and experienced CamlinConnect user. It will introduce the key design components (building-blocks) that are used and additional steps on how your application can be configured, integrated with other systems.
The goal of CamlinConnect is to provide the technology capabilities that will simplify the ability for users to create engaging, purposeful and memorable experiences across voice, digital, omni-channel and chatbot interfaces that allow your business to drive increased engagement, productivity improvements and in doing so also provide a superior customer experience.
With the goal outlined above, it is anticipated that users can come from both technical and non-technical background. For example, you don't not need to be an experienced Voice VUI developer or software engineer to produce a Voice-IVR application.

Additionally, the Apps - Projects outlines all the key features and configuration capabilities within CamlinConnect so that users can increase their knowledge and understanding of how to configure, build and integrate Camlin Applications
