CamlinConnect includes the powerful console for rapid design, development and delivery of B2C (business to customer) interactions based in text, voice bots, standard telephony, mobile apps, web channels, APIs and more.

All Design, configuration and management activities are managed via the app console.

These include:

The APPS is an online omni-channel development tool that can build customer conversations and applications that run across all channels. Conversations include human-to-system and system-to-system interactions such as:

  • Voice (IVR, Home Devices etc.)

  • Visual (Web, Visual IVR)

  • SMS and Messaging

  • Chatbots

  • API Driven Video Services 

  • APIs (Visually build API Services)

  • Websites

The Camlin AI service consists of AI and speech processing engines created by Nuamedia that integrate with private and public intent engines such as Google DialogFlow, IBM Watson, Microsoft LUIS, etc.

The AI engines can be simply pointed at existing AI resources/services and Camlin takes care of the rest as it already knows how to talk to and integrate with all the major AI services.

Once the engines are configured they can be associated with a Camlin App via the Camlin Project settings and are automatically available to the application developer. 

The Analytics module provides CamlinConnect users with deep insights, reporting and tracking of all customer transactions through the system, regardless of channel

Analytical data can be provided in real-time with web-service integration or offline via SFTP feeds

Online Report is available within the console including

  • PieChart

  • Table

  • ColumnChart

  • LineChart

Common reporting data elements are included (e.g. sessionID, channel, timestamps)


The Dashboard provides a tool to monitor runtime sessions of the applications including both active sessions and historical sessions. Users can:

  • View sessions of selected apps on selected channels during a time

  • Apply filters to search for specific sessions

  • Save reports to favourites and monitor them


The Biometrics service is a complimentary capability to manage and configure full omni-channel Voice Biometric interactions, The user is provided tools to:

  • Configure the preferred Voice Biometric engine to integrate with.

  • Configure and tune voice-biometrics settings. e.g. Number of attempts, accuracy thresholds.

  • Provide an ability to create and manage black lists of blocked voiceprints.

  • Display all Voice Biometric transactions across the system,  including configurable data such as timestamp, device, threshold, pass, fail values.

  • Provide an easy to use test facility, to test Voice Biometric settings and applications

  • View Voice Biometrics reports.


The Logs module provides abilities to get the insights for application debugging by

  • Viewing logs

  • Applying filters to get logs for a particular app, channel and for a specific session

  • Display an Audit log of users and activity.


The Settings module provides system-wide administration and management controls that allow the user to 

  • Create organisations and assign users to that organisation

  • Create and modify user access control and permissions

  • Create and update passwords

  • Create different role and permission groups.
