Camlin Apps

Camlin Apps is an online omni-channel development tool that can build customer conversations and applications that run across all channels. The tool, through the use of the drag and drop functionality along with basic as well as advanced configuration allows the user to rapidly develop new applications and services, include human-to-system and system-to-system interactions such as:

  • Voice (IVR, Home Devices etc.)

  • Visual (Web, Visual IVR)

  • SMS and Messaging

  • Chatbots

  • APIs (Visually build API Services)

  • Mobile Browser Apps

  • Voice Biometrics Apps

  • Surveys

  • Multi-Modal (Voice, Visual, Text)

  • AI Intelligent Solutions

Once you have access to Camlin Console, to start application development, select the Apps module on the main menu on the left panel after login. You will see a list of available projects that have been created in the organisation account that your user account belongs to. From there you can select a project to work on or create a new project. Each project will be a Camlin application, which can be an omni-channel application that runs on : Visual, Text, Voice, API or combinations of those.
